Shu Uemura x One Piece 2020 Holiday Collection

Since I am a huge One Piece fan who loves lipstick and gets obsessed with limited edition stuff, I just had to buy something from the collection! They're sooo pretty 😍

I fell in love at the first sight with the Nami lipstick because she's my favourite character in One Piece. There were two colour options for Nami; one is maroon and so lacquer, which I can't see myself wearing. So I bought the other one called Crimson Charge (BR784) which has a nice warm crimson red/semi-brown colour. It's also matte so it's just a must buy for me! I've been wearing it all day and it hasn't dried or cracked my lips at all. It also has great pigmentation and longevity. I heard it is the first one that's sold out everywhere.

I also bought the Red Gattling (OR570) colour because I want something with Luffy on the packaging too (since he's the main character of One Piece, duh)! Luffy had 3 colour variants but the other two are matte, and I don't want it too similar to Nami. At first I thought the Red Gattling was too orange to my liking, but surprisingly I looked so good wearing it! The orange-red colour complements my warm skin tone so much, making my face look brighter. The texture is just creamy, not lacquer, so I can still wear it and appreciate the hydration it provides.

As for the eyelash curler, it's already well known that Shu Uemura's curler is one of the best for asian eye. This One Piece edition is just a recolour of the regular one, and it's called Wanted Gold Eye Lash Curler. Freaking gorgeous bright gold eye lash curler that I adore so much! And it has a tiny One Piece skull charm as well.

I'm looking forward to the end of the current pandemic so we don't need to wear mask anymore and I can wear my gorgeous lipsticks again 🥺. For the time being, I'll just make sure to curl my eyelashes and make them look beautiful above my mask 😷.
