GRACEGIFT x SAILOR MOON CRYSTAL - Bags Collection Unboxing

Just a quick review about Gracegift collaboration with Sailor Moon Crystal. I am weak for any merchandise of Sailor Moon, okay. I don't like buying high-end branded fashion, I seriously have no branded bags (except one that my brother bought for me during his honeymoon in Italy). But when it comes to Sailor Moon, I just want to buy everything!! 😱😱

But seriously, 1 branded bag would cost me at least $300, lol it's probably the smallest and cheapest one. Whereas I could get these fancy Sailor Moon bags for about $100 altogether.

Gracegift is a Taiwanese fashion label and this time they did a collaboration with Sailor Moon! I was mesmerized by how beautiful the collection is and decided to do this unboxing video. I wish I had more than these :p

Review Cushion: Laneige BB Pore Control + The Face Shop CC Long Lasting

Hi, today I will compare my two favourite compact cushions: Laneige BB Pore Control Cushion and The Face Shop CC Long Lasting Cushion.

I am someone who likes matte and natural finish. I don't like to use foundation, ever. Not even when I go to a party and need to get dolled up. I love my natural skin, but it can have a few pimples at the same time when it's the time of the month. I usually just cover them with concealer, and finish it with compact powder.

I started to use cushion foundation when I discovered how Korean people have flawless look but effortless. Basically they cover their skin impurities with cushion foundation, which is compact to carry and easy to apply.

The first one is Laneige. The box comes with the case and a cushion ready to use inside, and also another refill! It's a good bargain :)

As you can see from the picture below, it has decent and even coverage. Remember that I love natural look with minimal makeup, so this is pretty good for me. It is shade no.13 which is my skin tone :) I usually wear this one for going to events where I dress up or put heavier makeup on.

It doesn't have any effect on my pores though, despite being a Pore Control Cushion.

Okay, the next one is The Face Shop (TFS). I keep the pink Minnie case from their collaboration with Disney cause it's too cute, lol. However, I replaced the inside with CC Long Lasting Cushion shade 201.

The coverage is similar but it's just slightly less coverage compared to the Laneige one. I use TFS for my everyday look.

In my opinion, both have similar coverage and longevity. They both are easy for build up and touch up, but can be a liiiiitle cakey under my eyebag after some time. Well, what can I say, I have a deep pit under my eyes, but they don't crease anywhere else on my face :) One thing that's quite different is the smell. TFS has a soft scent which gives me a youthful vibe and a lil bit soothing, while Laneige has a slightly more stronger scent just like any other high-end product.

I do think that I should've bought a lighter shade for both of them. I'll need to finish them first before getting refills with lighter shade. Until next time!
